I am Ferda Yayci, a passionate British born and Raised Art Director and Design Manager, blending creativity with strategic vision. My journey in fashion and design has taken me across the globe—from London to Istanbul, Paris to Japan—seeking inspiration, collaborating with artisans, and working with model agencies worldwide.

With a BA Honours in Fashion, my career began at Gomez-Grazia in Notting Hill, London, where I honed my expertise in luxury craftsmanship. Moving to Istanbul, a global textile hub, I embraced the industry’s dynamism, working with a company that operated 20+ stores worldwide. Progressing from Junior Designer to Design Manager, I played a key role in developing collections, sourcing materials, and building lasting relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Türkiye’s rich textile heritage—partnering with brands like Burberry, Zara, and Hugo Boss—became an integral part of my design approach.

What began as a one-year plan turned into a transformative five-year journey, filled with design leadership, brand development, and global industry connections. Many of my roles were secured through strong recommendations, a testament to the trust and reputation I built through my dedication and creativity.

Returning to London, I expanded my reach as a Designer, Art Director, and Stylist. My work has been featured in prestigious publications, including L’Officiel and Marie Claire, and photographed by industry talents such as Annie Noble and Jude Black. My independent collections debuted at London Fashion Week, drawing interest from Vogue editors and international stylists.

Beyond fashion, I actively engage in charity initiatives with Imperial College in London, supporting causes like mental health awareness, domestic violence prevention, and stem cell donation with Anthony Nolan. My passion extends to animal welfare and environmental sustainability, shaping the values that guide my creative process.

With over 12 years of industry experience, I thrive in diverse design fields—luxury wear, youth wear, print & graphics, art direction, and styling—bringing innovation, adaptability, and a deep understanding of global trends.
