PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
After completing the research and trend analysis, developing the concept, finalising the mood board with Pantone colours, silhouettes, detailed inspirations, sourcing fabric samples based on the latest trends, and gathering materials and original samples for development, the next step is to create comprehensive technical packs, as outlined and explained below

Technical Development
(Tech Packs)
01
Initial Hand Sketches / Digital Illustrations
Freehand sketches and quick rough ideas
02
Silhouette & Detail Refinement
Exploring proportion, construction, and key details.
03
Final Sketch Development Cleaning up technical sketches for sampling
04
Material & Fabric Selection Choosing the right textiles, trims, and embellishments.
05
Standard Fit Blocks
Technical Designers or our factory develop a size chart for the fit blocks and grading, then have it signed off.
06
3D Digital Prototyping (CLO3D)
Create a virtual prototype to minimise physical
sampling error.
07
Prototype Sample Review & Feedback Update
Send the revised tech pack along with updated
review comments to the factory and request the
final pre-production sample for approval.
08
Design Review & Critique
Trial the sample on a fit model. Designers and
technical teams assess fit, proportions, and
construction. Necessary modifications are made,
and a revised prototype is developed.
09
Sample Fitting
Compare the sample's measurements to the
spec sheet, look for construction and
pattern issues.
10
Bulk Production Begins
After the final sample is confirmed, factories receive
the final tech packs and begin mass production.
Speed and efficiency are prioritised to meet tight
deadlines.
11
Monitoring Production Progress
Stay in communication with manufacturers to ensure the design is executed correctly.
Address any technical or material issues that arise during production.
Approve lab dips, fabric swatches, or trims if necessary.
