Building a Community of Skilled Artisans
Fostering partnerships with master artisans to create unique, handcrafted luxury pieces
As a Design Manager, I specialise in sourcing and collaborating with talented artisans from around the world such as Switzerland, UK, Turkiye, Japan and many more. From traditional lacework to handmade jewellery, my approach blends heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design to create pieces that tell a story.
Research & Discovery
Through market research, cultural immersion, and trend analysis, I identify skilled artisans whose techniques align with brand visions. I source talent through my network, artisan fairs, local communities, travelling and design networks to ensure authenticity and quality.
